I'm a baby boomer born in the famous year of 1955. Check out my first blog to see who they are.
I teach high school English and love teaching anything. Teaching is my calling and I've known it since I was 6 years old.
Socrates said that an unexamined life is not worth living. Anthony Robbins said that any life worth living is worth writing about.

My cousin Matt Hill passed away yesterday from a short, but serious bout with testicular cancer. He was diagnosed around New Year's Day, but by then the cancer had invaded his liver, lungs and brain.
He had a positive attitude until the end as evidenced by his blog titled Matt's Spectacular Testacular Cancer Blog. He was such a talent man with a gift for drama and song. His students at Scottsdale Community College will sorely miss him.
Sadly, he was diagnosed with cancer just days before he was to be sealed to his wife, Liz, for time and all eternity. Such is the irony of life.
